Metal Slug

Metal Slug is one of the first shooter games that I had access to in my childhood, mainly through a big machine with levers and multiple buttons of primary colors, something like this:

You threw a couple of coins and you got some fun shooting in all directions. It is a very pleasant game, the characters interact with each other in a very comical way, such is the example of the vague prisoners who release the best weapons and bombs. There are also versions of this saga where mercenaries become Egyptian mummies or zombies and you can continue playing this way.

Modalities like the tanks that you can enter, you can even climb the backs of a camel armed to the teeth!

In my opinion it is as if you were inside the universe of cartoons doing serious missions.
I have always considered that classic games are more ingenious than the current ones (despite the digital advances) additionally have better arguments and original stories.

A short history...
In 2028 the Rebel Navy launched a massive attack on Regular Navy forces around the world. Although there were many indications that such an attack was imminent in the Regular Navy intelligence agency, there were regular Navy officers distracted from the warnings. With the forces that the Regular Navy had, the Rebel Navy almost annihilated them with its numerical superiority and emerging technologies. The Regular Navy planned a massive counterattack against the Rebel Navy. They created advanced tank prototypes, called "Super Vehicle-001", which were designed to aid Regular Navy commands, and were in the process of becoming operational by resistance fighters. The resistance was crushed by the Rebel Navy, with the vehicles that were captured.

In addition to these particular features of this great game, we find a novelty for this universe of 8-bits and is that you can play it with another person simultaneously which makes Metal Slug in an even more fun game.
If you want a great time of fun this game is the best options.

Currently you can download it through an app to your cell phone, where it simulates having the controls of the arcade machine. Thank you technology!

THANK YOU OLD GAMERS!
